A brief motivation about your current spec:  My current spec is the one most Retridins use now adays, it gives you the maximum damage with alittle defense added to it with " Eye for an eye ".
Describe your role in raids: My role is nothing bigger then just another DPS, I make sure not to die and pump out as much damage as I possibly can.

What other Guild(s) have you been in: In The Burning crusade I played in Majime no Tanoshii on Frostmane. During WOTLK I started of clearing Naxx, Malygos, S3D in a guild on Ragnaros I just cant remember the name of. When Ulduar was released I joined Crypt also on Ragnaros. When Cataclysm was released I played in " Sublime " on Haomarush EU ( Currently on Silvermoon ). When Dragon Soul was released I started of in "Slashturtle" but missed a raid and got demoted because of it. Lately I've been playing in Haters made us famous on a druid I just got off my hands.

Reason for leaving previous Guild(s): Majime no Tanoshii disbanded right before the WOTLK patch. I believe I left the guild I cleared naxx with because people started acting like douchbags to eachother and alote of officers left the guild to migrate. Crypt disbanded when we reached LK25hc, people just dident show up for progress on LK and just came on wednesdays clearing 11/12 HC. I raided with Sublime untill I cleared 3/7 heroic Firelands, there I took my first break from wow. I came back awhile before Dragon soul was released and cleared 6/7 with some friends. I got demoted to social from Slashturtle because I missed a raid. My plans on leaving Haters made us famous is based on people not showing up for raids anymore. We're killing 6/8 heroic on Wednesdays then we're not finishing it of. Quite annoying.

A brief motivation about your current spec:everytime i am trying to play the best spec from dps output perspective and since dragon soul arms was better for progression in any way on most of the fights (except spine) i choosed arms...

What are your 5 most used spells in raids, and why:
1) Mortal strike = the best arms ability reasons are simple first and obvious very good dmg second it has more crit chance from talent and its crit procs enrage a really nice buff it can proc also battle trance
2) Overpower = fairly cheap ability with very good dmg but the important thing about overpower is its very big crit chance and that way pretty much arms maintain deep wounds
3) colossus smash = weak dmg but awesome buff 100% armor ignore you can't ask for something better
4)rend = it is one of the most important spells in arms rotation rend dot required to activate taste for blood which is the overpower proc plus with blood thunder talent it can be very strong aoe ability as well
5)slam = high dmg output but pretty much a filler because of its mechanic the 0,5sec casting time pauses swing timer and according to this slam rage cost is actually 27 rage and not 15

My history on wow isn't so long and it started about on ToC realease when i lvld this warrior to lvl 80 back then i was in some social guilds and i was playing tank without any hardcore progress pretty much i still managed to kill almost everything back then except halion and Lk

Anyways i tried to take a more serious approach on wow and raiding at cataclysm and rerolled to dps i did 7/13 at t11 with a greek only guild which has a pretty much casual approach of raiding and after this i decided to move on for better performance, i joined brethren at lightnings blade and cleared t12 with them but at the end of t12 the guild pretty much felt apart with many of the members quitting and the management team was unable to react i knew that on t13 brethren will be really mediocre and close to disband so i decided to move again

I did an application at pwnanza at kazzak horde and there met lulleh as well, it was okish guild at the beginning with motivated ppl to push over but some attendance issues at the guild and the really bad atmosphere they had on raid plus the gm forced me to leave after i passed my trial period

Then i joined Slashcry and finished t13 with them it was really an amazing period of my wow life and if we didn't have to stop raids i would never think about leaving, With them i finally pushed my limits higher and higher and im really proud that i succeded with them.

Playing times:Pretty much every time guild needs me on progress, on farm i'm not playing so much but i attend all the raids in general think about 18:00 - 01:00

Tbc - was actually a scrub back then ran around and doing world pvp/ bg´s however i did kill a few bosses in kara. (on Bronzebeard)
Wotlk - Did naxx on bronzebeard with my rogue but i was not really any good on rogue so i started to lvl a DK on stormreaver mostly cuz i had a friend playing there, My dk was up to lvl 80 and raid rdy late uludar started my as Tank i had time to kill a few bosses in uludar b4 ToC came out and we actually cleard Toc normal since my guild decent no hardcore,
Icc came out and i migrated to Shattred hand. Had alot of irl palying there so, i joined up with my friend´s guild Havoc that cleard Icc 12/12 normal, and a few bosses Hc after that i joined up with an irl guild wich was most of guys in their 40´s we had fun andactually cleard 12/12 normal with that guild kinda fun tbh .
Cataclysm came out and i wanted to start more serious raiding, so i joined up with Malpractice a guild i grew very found off, could have left for a better guild but as i said i really liked being in Malpractice. we cleard 12/12 normal and late in tier 11 i rerolled mage  cleard 12/12 normal aswell, when firelands came out we cleard 2 bosses normal after wich i took my first brake from wow for 1 month (lol) when i came bk the guild had disbanded so a friend helped me to get 6/7 normal  so i joined up with Pen island ( yea i know how the name sounds ^^) we cleard 6/7 hc with no good progress on raggy, DS came out and we took  8/8 normal second week i think.  i grew tierd of Shattred hand And migrated to Stormrage and joiend Zeal a top guild there We did 3/8 hc but since they were a polish guild i could not really understand polish so i talked to the GM and he understood that it did not woorked so i migrated bk to Shattred hand Joined up with Ancient nations second grp but they were not that good so i decided to join up with S W A G who has been a top guild on the server but we had alot of ppl leaving or stop playing so the progress went slow, but we did however clear 7/8 hc. But since the lack of attandece and shit like that i decide´d to leave also cuz i wanna get away from shattred hand since it´s like 60% swedish retarded kids, and 30% chinese and 10 % also want to play alliance again

Your current spec: Restoration 10/0/31
A brief motivation about your current spec & Describe your role in raids:
The current spec I'm using (10/0/31) is mainly for bosses that require a burst of healing at specific times rather than constantly hotting and topping off the raid (e.g. heroics modes of Beth'tilac, Lord Rhyolith and Majordomo Staghelm).

8/2/31 is the standard healing spec for druids that I mainly use for raid healing purposes since it lacks Living Seed to be used as a pure tank healing spec.

Briefly speaking, other minor modifications for specific fights such as taking 3/3 in Nature's Bounty for Rangnaros Heroic on 10man or Baleroc (Normal or Heroic) since HoTs don't grant stacks of vital spark.

As for my role in raids is completely (for personal reasons) dependent in what other healing classes that the raid lacks based on my idea that druids are the most versatile healers. I see myself and my style of playing the Druid class is based on being the best at AoE fights and preventing people from dying or getting dangerously low on health. Back to how my role is dependent on what other healing classes or specs that the raid is lacking, for example if the raid is lacking a paladin or a disc priest, I'll step up and respec and reglyph accordingly to fill their spot as mainly being tank healers. If the raid is lacking a healer so I respec to a more mana efficient spec which is 8/2/31. Or, if the raid happens to lack Replenishment for whatever reason that would be, I'll be making sure that the uptime for my Lifeblooms is as near 100% as possible.

I'm quite familiar with the Balance spec since I've filled the ranged dps spot on many occasions and done very well at it.
What are your 5 most used spells in raids, and why:
Wild Growth: A spammable ability that follows the new in-game smart healing system. Also, despite the nerfs, its the best AoE healing ability which is must be used off cooldown in AoE healing situations.

Rejuvenation: Situationaly used as a filler, its still the druid's main healing ability in most situations which also is needed for swiftmend to be used.

Swiftmend: My favorite healing spell since it benefits double the amount of healing increasing buffs which makes it a prime candidate to revolve treeform/volcanic potion around it for maximum potential.

Lifebloom: keeping a 100% uptime on the tank (or a melee dps that is receiving the most damage, such as Fury warriors in fights that the tank might be too far, such as on Ragnaros) is what I believe is one of the things that separate a mediocre druid to a top notch druid.

Nourish: The druid's efficient healing spell that is mostly used as a filler (which replaces the usage of rejuvenation as a filler on most fights).

What, if any, keybindings/macros you use in raids:
Most of the obvious keybinds that I mainly used will be shown in the UI's screenshot.
Alt-2: Soothe @ focus (to instantly remove an enraging effect off my focus)
Ctrl-4: A macro that is designated to the person I'm innervating most of the time.
Shift-T: Barkskin, easily reached bind to increase my survivability in certain situations.

What addons would you use to enhance your raiding performance:
TellMeWhen, Parrot, Pitbull4, Bartender4, ClassTimer, and Quartz.

Why did you apply to AI in particular: Ad Infinitum initially seems like a guild that I would fit in perfectly, or so I believe. It seems that the guild could give me what I'm looking for and is looking for someone to fill their Restoration Druid spot that fits me very well.

Why should we pick you?
The reason why I believe that I fit the spot that I have the mental readiness, the common sense, the sense of humor and the cognitive capacity to handle what is going be thrown at me. I've been part of a casual raiding guild, a guild that I filled the role of a raid leader and part of a world 7'th guild. Combining the long experience I had in raiding and other aspects of the game, I believe that what I'm going to give back to the guild is going to be on bar, or even more than what I'm going to receive.

Your current spec:Arms pve dps, dependable on boss such Spine I respecced back to fury for the tendon burst damage, or minor spec adjustments which may be required for higher dps output in certain situations. For Example heavy aoe damage for the Yor'Sahj adds or maybe a single target spec for Ultraxion replacing the blood and thunder talent with Incite maximized.
A brief motivation about your current spec:My spec always would change regularly depending on what the guild would require. Since Arms is my current spec, it was chosen simply for dps output, compared to fury it was much more viable for the early progression phase of Dragon Soul. That being said, I dont just chose a spec solely because it is the "best to use" that is the byproduct of the situation I do it because I love my class.
Describe your role in raids:As a dps, on the base level I am there to make sure I maximize mt damage output on whatever is required to be killed. Avoiding taking unnecessary damage to put strain on the healers such as the basic standing in the fire or watching a timer to avoid a fading light fail on Ultraxion or blowing people up because I forgot about the debuff on Madness of Deathwing
Are you willing to respec if required:Most certainately, I make sure I am always up to scratch in each way I can be so if the guild requires I can change to whatever the guild may need. If I feel lacking in something for example I havent tanked in a raid in environment for a while,I would do LFR to at least get the basics on the different perspective I may be playing from/at.

What are your 5 most used spells in raids, and why:On a general level, my five most used are, (in no particular order)
Mortal Strike - The big daddy of damage dealing for an arms warrior, it not only the backbone of the rotation because of its dps output but because it gives a buff (Slaughter) which improves the damage of execute, mortal strike, slam and overpower by 10% stacking 3 times but also refreshing the timer of rend to remove the need of reapplying it.
Overpower - A key damage dealing ability for warriors, almost a guarentteed critical, with a low rage cost making it invaluable to the rotation. Not only does the high crit chance make it appealing but the fact it will almost always keep up deep wounds for the continuation of bleeding damage.
Collosus Smash - The armour debuff it gives says it all, a clear necessity for the arms rotation which will basically further the damage of overpowers and mortal strikes not to mention doing its own portion of damage as well.
Rend + Thunderclap - Although rend is rarely used by ways of a rotation spell all the time it is invaluable to arms and combined with thunderclap (when blood and thunder is talented of course) it allows for an impressive build up to aoe damage. Rend is required for the talented overpower procs whilst also dealing its own portion of damage also, increased further by the talent Blood frenzy and being spread by blood and thunder it is beautiful for such fights in Dragon soul like Yor'sahj and Madness of Deathwing.

My history in wow goes back a long time, starting in Vanilla, with my first server being Darkspear, the rest were moreso just roaming around on except Silvermoon which I ended up staying on in a comfortable raiding environment. My guild history on darkspear is as follows, Decent which was pretty much my first real 40man raid guild, although they unfortunately they disbanded and had dispersed into various smaller guilds just before TBC was released. TBC wasnt far away so i decided to level to 70 and say my goodbyes to some friends and try and make a start on Khadgar where ended up joining a guild called Imperium for approximately 1month then my Pc blew up at which point decided to take a break from wow as the disband of Decent was still in my system and I wasnt really enjoying the game much at that point. Then after about 4 months I came back to wow and xferred back to Darkspear and reunited with some friends I had from Decent though they were only casually playing and I was dying to get back into raiding again, so at that point i joined Fleurs De Mal where i can say to this day i had the best raiding time of my life there, and met so many great friends even thought they werent really the servers best guild on performance or anything but was very good for me at the time since I was in a very hectic work schedule and was allowed to raid a good amount of the time which was virtually every time I could get off work.

    After about 1.5 years there the raiding environment for me was starting to diminish with some good friends leaving to higher progressing guilds on the server so I decided to leave and transfer to silvermoon which turned out to be a mistake in some ways. I joined the Guild Go Defensive there but all i can say is the leadership wasnt what I expected after a while and they werent getting the applicants to make the roster challenging for raiding, also they had such a huge turnover of members and trials that didnt meet the officers requirements too we eventually had to make do with some and lowered progression and well I had enough myself of lowering in rank on the server because we couldnt get a strong team again from what was in early Ulduar times, also an extremely personal reason too caused my leave more than anything else to be honest as well. After all that I decided to move over to Twisting Nether to reunite with some old friends who played in Results May Vary, many of whom were old freinds from Fleurs De Mal however it had become a very dead guild with a lot of members leaving or going social and the raid environment had all but died almost completely.

        My next guild was Lorekeepers on Darksorrow which I was prompted to join from an rl friend and the good progress and 4 day schedule had me interested with what they had accomplished. However upon joining something felt wrong with the way the guild was being run and even thoug the social aspect is good  outside of raiding during raids it felt very empty with no real leadership from any of the officers and a very quiet time on vent during raids as well giving the feeling of no real "drive" to kill things and a few members including myself seemed to go into a zombie state during their raids because of the frustrations of the constant failings of some members. In other words there was no real push from anyone to kill anything not a single person felt like they really want to be there and for me personally a good officer squad will make you want to focus more and want to get those kills and help drive you, even though a lot comes from the person as an individual I felt that it does require a good focused leader in a raid too give the criticism when needed for example and tell people who mess up.

         I then took it upon myself and decided to apply to SlashCry when I saw on the wowprogress website they were recruiting a warrior as well as the fact a large group of players broke off to form a 10man guild the guild was seemingly in disarray. I was so glad I made the choice to apply to SlashCry though since joining them we achieved solidly high world rankings for a 5 day guild as well as 2 top 20 end content kills of Ragnaros and Madness where I was on both of said kills. However Christmas 2011 was a complete disaster in my rl and it took every ounce of energy I had to continue playing and progressing with SlashCry as on boxing night my father got stabbed in the back where he became paralysed, it became incredibly difficult to juggle the raiding with going to my fathers house to get him dressed fed washed etc in the mornings, sorting out lunches dinners basically nursing him 24/7 while raiding also. Thankfully I pushed through and ended up with the content clear with them. But due to increasing issues with my father I was forced to take a break until nursing became available for him at home via the NHS. It eventually did come and only ended up to come back to WoW 2 weeks ago to find out that SlashCry was going to disband/quit raiding. It was very unfortunate news as I came to really love the place and the people there too, it was the best guild I had been in since Vanilla times so it gave me quite a shock to hear of this news.

To explain the 2 possible "gaps" that appear in my PVE history, I was in australia for the ToTGC content for a lifetime experience which I didnt want to pass up and the early missing of cata content (early BoT BWD and ToTFW which equalled in late achievements) I was hopsitalised in a severe car accident for 4 months (no boy racer syndrome or recklessness it was due to the intense winter we had and the roads were very treacherous and a few others were involved with it though no deaths thankfully happened).

Is there anything you would like to add?:At the moment i'm a B-boy (breaker) and sometimes I have event and jams so i might be missing sometimes but you will know if there is a time i can't raid .
