A brief motivation about your current spec:
My Spec:
I have chosen this spec, because it's the spec that gives overall most dps, while still getting Ancestral Resolve in Restoration, and instant Ghost Wolf in Enhancement.
For single target boss fights, or boss fights that doesn't require moving. I change my spec to pick up a bit more survival. Shamans, especially Restoration and Elemental, are lacking damage reduction cooldown's, so I feel to compensate that by picking up alot of the damage reducing talents in my spec.
Glyphs:
As a Elemental Shaman, we got a lot of different glyphs. And I personally carry around 4-5 stacks of Dust of Disappearance.
We got the ordinary glyphs that boost our damage on a spell by x amount.
But we also have glyphs like Unleashed Lightning and Fire Elemental Totem. So by knowing each encounter, length, adds, burn phases etc. I will change my glyphs around.
Same goes for my Major Glyphs. Depending on the raid setup. I will choose my glyphs. The only ones that I always have is Lightning Shield and 80% of the time Stoneclaw.
Here I'm talking about glyphs like, Healing Stream, Elemental Mastery, Chain Lightning.
Strengths of a Elemental Shaman:
We are gods at Interrupting. Forget your old school rotation including Rogues and Warriors.
If timed right we don't loose DPS on it either, since mana is trivial and it doesn't have a GCD.
Damage on the move. With Unleashed Lightning glyph we can keep a lot of our dps while moving.
AoE and Cleaves. Chain Lightning without a CD and a buff to Earthquake putted us back into the good AoE club.
Hybrid healing is almost dead, so I'm only going to mention it fast. Healing Rain and CL spam can be good in some situations where healing is needed, and dps aint.
Describe your role in raids:
Alot of this I mentioned up above.
Do as much damage as I can while I'm reducing the damage I take.
Be at the right spot.
React to the spell/phase or whatever the Boss is using.
Not dying to stupid shit.

Yes, I have played Restoration Mainspec, and I almost have a full set of Enhancement gear.
What are your 5 most used spells in raids, and why:
I wouldn't call these my 5 most used spells. Instead I'm going to mention some spells, that I feel are important in a raid situation.
Wind Shear. With a 5 sec CD on Wind Shear. We are often on interrupt duty. A miss of that can be the wipe of a raid.
Thunderstorm Have been pretty useful on certain encounters.
Stoneclaw Totem If we can't have a massive damage reduction CD. We can get this, 20sec CD a little shield. Helping the healers are important.
Ghost Wolf Getting from Point A -> Point B can be important.

Dansk Bacon
This was the first guild I joined. Alot of my IRL friends was in that guild and then I just joined it, since I started playing so I could play with my friends. I left at the end of TBC due to not getting satisfaction from not raiding more than once or twice a week and not trying to progress into harder content.
Stercus Accidit
During TBC this was the best guild on Thunderhorn. When 3.0 hitted the live servers and the massive recruiting began. I joined Stercus Accidit on my hunter. We got server second EoE 25 man and server first Naxx 25 man clear. When we began progressing into OS 3+ a lot of our core members began to split and that resulted in us loosing server first OS 3+ and us having a pretty bad starting place when 3.1 came.
3.1 came on live servers and I was forced to quit for some time due to personal reasons regarding my family. I got ranked social for that time and I didn't play on my account during the whole of Ulduar.
I then came back, found out the guild had splitted up. So I started leveling my shaman.
Revived/Element
At the start of 3.2 I was guildless. Just doing PuG's. But I wanted to raid hardcore again. I joined Revived. A upcoming guild. This was when 2 wing's was released. We then proceeded to get our first LK normal kill, I got promoted to officer in Revived. But Revived where a 10man guild and when I told my GM that I wanted to raid 25 man, he threw a fit on me. So I joined Element. We kept on raiding for a while. But when we got to Sindragosa HM we had a lot of people leaving. So the GM / Officer team decided to merge with Revived. I wasn't on good standings with the GM of Revived so I didn't follow the rest of my guild merge and I joined some a guild called Generic Guild.
Generic Guild.
Generic Guild was a guild made of 4-5 friends that had transfered from another server. We didn't have the intention of making a big guild with multiple raid nights a week so we proceeded to make the best one week pug on our server. At the end of ICC we had 9/12 25 man HM and we had 11 members. Cata came and we thought we had our nice tight setup, but then people quitted the game and we where stuck without a MT, A healer and two of our DPS. We then called it due to the lack of motivation for raiding. I only stayed in a 10man guild because of the bonds we had made during ICC/RS.
Rebirth
On Stormscale there where only one guild that actually did Hardcore raiding. But that was 10man, so I didn't see myself fit in there, and knowing myself I wouldn't fit into a 10man raiding enviroment. So I transfered off Stormscale with my main and joined Rebirth. A hardcore guild on Anachronos.
We got 13/13 HC and Firelands came.
We did 7/7HC, ranking 139. But when the progress was done, we had our GM, 1 Officer, Our two people with legendaries and alot of other core members quitting the game. That left us with two options, mass recruiting or disbanding. Since no one was interested in disbanding we started to mass recruit. It havent gone well, people not wanting to do progress, late for raids etc. and now, two weeks into DS my GM couldn't handle it anymore and we stopped raiding.

What do you expect from AI:
I expect people who have the same dedication as me, show up to raid / takes responsibility. In my eyes, not showing up to raids you have signed for. Is just directly screwing over the guild. Also, I expect friendly people, who I can talk to, and play with, outside of raids.
